My Business Feedback is built and maintained by Nexus Multimedia, a digital marketing agency based in San Diego, California. Since 2016, Nexus has worked with law firms, medical practices, dental offices, home service providers, and other service businesses across the country.

That experience is what led to this product. Working closely with service businesses, we saw the same pattern again and again: teams that cared deeply about their customers but had no structured way to hear from them. Feedback was scattered across inboxes, mentioned in passing, or lost entirely.

We built My Business Feedback to solve that specific problem. Not with a complex platform or an expensive subscription. With a clean page, a simple link, and a private log that your team can actually use.
